Durable and Ductile
Elongation at break of 180% and Gardner impact strength of 128 in-lb surpass HDPE, for durable enclosures and components that withstand significant impact.
Exceptional Fatigue Resistance and Toughness
Produce jigs, fixtures, and functional parts that experience repeated stress and wear with a work of fracture of 3,200 J/m2 and a Ross flex fatigue of >100,000 cycles (30 degree deflection at 1 Hz).
Environmentally Stable Parts for End-Use Applications

Environmentally Stable Parts for End-Use Applications
Improved temperature, creep, and aging resistance compared to Durable Resin. Parts resist warping and sagging at corners and edges
Low-Friction and Wear-Resistant
Comparable lubricity to Delrin (POM), for surfaces that slide against each other without abrasion or scratches. Ideal for moving assemblies such as hinges, gears, and fixtures.
