Ο Mayku Formbox είναι ένα προσιτό επιτραπέζιο μηχάνημα για Vacuum Forming που δίνει νέα διάσταση στις κατασκευές σας!

Η αρχή λειτουργίας της είναι η χρήση θερμότητας πάνω σε ένα πλαστικό φύλλο που αφού μαλακώσει γίνεται δεκτικό σε διαμόρφωση με τη χρήση κάποιων σκληρών αντικειμένων που παίζουν το ρόλο της μήτρας/φόρμας. Ταυτόχρονα διεξάγεται απομάκρυνση του αέρα ανάμεσα στο καλούπι και στο φύλλο. Καθώς ο αέρας εκκενώνεται μεταξύ του καλουπιού και του φύλλου, η ατμοσφαιρική πίεση αναγκάζει το καυτό εύκαμπτο φύλλο να πάρει την μορφή του καλουπιού.

Πολύ χρήσιμο για prototyping, ανταλλακτικά αλλά και εύκολα καλούπια για σαπούνια, κεριά, σοκολάτες, ειδικές συσκευασίες και 10άδες ακόμα χρήσεις!

Αποτελεί ένα πολύτιμο συμπλήρωμα για τον 3D εκτυπωτή σας, δημιουργεί καλούπια σε ελαχιστα δευτερόλεπτα, φόρμες για τρόφιμα, φτηνά 3D αντίγραφα από πλαστικά φύλλα, μάσκες και οτιδήποτε άλλο σκεφτείτε! Φυσικά μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και οποιοδήποτε άλλο αντικείμενο μη εκτυπωμένο σα μήτρα.

Είναι πολύ εύκολο στη χρήση, το μόνο που απαιτεί είναι την ηλεκτρική σας σκούπα για την αναρρόφηση και τη φαντασία σας!

HEATER

The metal can get quite hot, so to keep you safe, we’ve lined the front and back top edges next to the heater with two silicone strips.

We’ve also added supportive guide rails on each side of the ceramic heater for safety in transit.
