Avoid breaking your LCD screen due to cured particles in the vat.
The sensor will cue the printer to stop printing once it detects any foreign objects between the building plate and the release film upon its initial descent.*
*The sensors will detect objects ≥ 4mm.
Get notified of possible failure early in both your printer and your phone (through the Phrozen GO App) when the sensors detect abnormalities during printing.
*Notifications will be triggered once sensors detect the complete absence of peeling force for 15 continuous layers, after the building plate is no longer submerged in resin.
Always have an eye on your prints whenever and wherever you are with a mobile app made specifically for the Mighty.Monitor your print on the go or stop printing upon the earliest detection of failure, all from the palm of your hand.
Timelapse video will soon be available, while the live streaming function will be updated in Q4.
Avoid the hassle that comes with trial and error of manual adjustment and environmental changes
thanks to Revo’s performance enhancement features.
Calibrate the Z-axis with just a press of a single button thanks to its automatic zero-point detection sensor. Always start right without the hassle.
*Manual adjustment may be needed if the printer is moved or frequently fails to print.
Resin reaction speed decreases by 30-60% with every 10°celcius drop due to increased viscosity, so a heater enhances success rate by maintaining the most optimum resin temperature.
Pungent resin odor in your living area can be annoying.
Revo is equipped with an air purifier and built-in exhaust vent, covering your printing needs and ensuring a more enjoyable setting.
Adsorb resin fumes directly within the printing enclosure, ensuring a cleaner workspace and elevating your overall printing experience.
Keep your living area free from unpleasant smells
by connecting a ventilation hose through the Revo’s exhaust vent.
The Sonic Mighty Revo is designed with extra features that will significantly enhance your smart 3D printing experience.
LCD replacement can be intimidating with lots of screws and cables to handle, but not on the Revo.
Rest assured that when it’s time to ever have your screen replaced, everything is quick and hassle-free.
Boasting the 10.1” screen of Phrozen’s Mighty Series size you are familiar with, the Sonic Mighty Revo takes your prints to new heights
with a more uniformed light intensity and details up to 16.8 μm x 24.8 μm, almost five times thinner than your typical A4 paper.
