The Formlabs Form Cure 2nd Generation is an advanced SLA curing chamber that provides professional 3D printing post-processing. Thanks to the latest UV curing resin system, this device allows you to get the strongest, most stable and durable parts in just 60 seconds.

Why is it worth buying the second generation Form Cure?

• Fast curing of 3D prints

The new version of Form Cure is 3-5 times faster than the previous generation. For standard resins, the polymerization time is 60 seconds or less, and for engineering materials, it is up to 15 minutes. This means that you can speed up the production process and get finished products many times faster.

• Uniform UV irradiation and temperature control

Provides consistent, proven results. 48 powerful LED lamps distribute the UV light evenly, ensuring high-quality curing in every area of the part. In addition, the convection heating system allows the temperature to quickly rise to 100 °C, which improves the mechanical properties of materials.

• Large polymerization chamber

The device is designed to cure parts up to 200 × 125 × 205 mm in size. Thanks to the rotating glass table, uniform curing occurs without the need to turn the model manually.

Differences from Form Cure and Fast Cure

Form Cure (2nd generation) replaces both Form Cure and Fast Cure in the Formlabs ecosystem.

• The new Form Cure has an internal chamber volume that matches the capacity of the Form 4 printer. It is 3-5 times faster and has a stronger, more uniform exposure to UV light and heat.
• The speed between Fast Cure and Form Cure (2nd generation) is comparable, but the workflow has been redefined. With Form Cure, you no longer need to turn the parts over and you won’t burn your fingers when removing the parts from the chamber.
